ZONITH Support is available normal working days:
• Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 5.00pm
• Friday from 9.00am to 4pm
ZONITH provide support and software updates for all customers provided their subscription has been maintained. If the subscription has not been paid, ZONITH’s technical support team will not provide any support.
If you have purchased your ZONITH solution via a reseller, then it is important that you contact the reseller’s support instead of ZONITH Support. ZONITH support will re-direct you to that reseller if we receive such a support case.
