Security or medical emergency can occur when you least expect it, at home, at work, or when out and about. A personal distress alarm system assures you that in an emergency, you and your family can mobilize assistance immediately.

We install a fixed distress button in your home and provide you with a personal Bluetooth device to keep with you. The device has a built-in distress button to allow the system to notify us of your location. In the event of an emergency, you press the fixed or personal distress button to send an alarm signal to 24/7 Control centre. When the alarm is received, security locates you by GPS and dispatch the closest and most appropriate security guard or medical assistance to your location.


Inside your residence

While inside your house, the fixed mounted panic button keeps you secured. Once you press the alarm button, a wireless signal is sent to the BT Reciever installed in the house. In addition, your wearable panic button, discretely formed as an ID card holder, can be pressed and keeps you under constant protection no matter where you are inside. By pushing any of the buttons, you will instantly alert the Alarm Response Center with precise details of your location, and they will dispatch guards to assist you.


Around your residence

While outside your residence, in the garden, parking area or driveway, you can send a distress alarm whenever you feel unsafe. Once pressed, the wireless alarm sends an alert via BT Receiver to the Alarm Response Center for immediate assistance.


Away from home

When away from home and being threatened, you can send a distress alarm by pressing your wireless alarm, which will be linked to your smartphone. Upon signalling for assistance, your location will be identified and sent to the Alarm Response Centre. By combing panic alerting with positioning information, assistance will be directed immediately to your exact location.

The control room is monitored around the clock. Whether inside your apartment or residence, outside or away from home, you can rest assured that your alarm will be received by the control room staff who stand ready to assist you.
