Briarwood Special Needs School, Bristol

Teachers at Briarwood Special Needs School often encounter situations where assistance from their colleagues is required rapidly for the safety of the students or the teachers themselves. In such situations it can be impossible to call for assistance using a phone or radio. With ZONITH’s ID badge
panic alarm, teachers can call for assistance at the push of a button.

“Our previous alerting system was no longer fit for purpose - we needed a system that allowed us to respond quickly and efficiently to dynamic classroom situations across large sites. The combination of handsets and Zonith alerts has enabled staff to ask for help and communicate with others across the school to ensure safety and wellbeing remains paramount. The “Response Team” can also provide and prioritise support by knowing exactly where the support is needed and communicating over the handsets in real time.”

Safety at Campus Vejle college

Campus Vejle is a large educational campus in
Denmark with over 2500 students covering multiple
buildings.
The security officers wanted an effective alarm
notification solution should a critical situation occur
at the campus. With the new solution staff will be
notified instantly and informed about what has
happened in response to the emergency event.

“We have installed the ZONITH solution to be able to raise alarms
and send out notifications in crisis situations. The system can send
alarm message directly to info screens, PCs and our emergency radio
stations and notify many people at the same time"
Ole Kempf, Security Officer Campus Vejle
