If you need technical support regarding ZONITH products, send an email to support@zonith.com. Please include license key and customer or case information.

Please note that ZONITH provide free support and software updates for one year after delivery date. The delivery date is the date the license key is issued to the reseller.

ZONITH’s customers must subscribe to the Annual Support & Software Update to be able to request technical support and software updates after the first year of free support. If the Annual Support & Software Update subscription have not been signed or not been paid, Zonith’s technical support team will not provide any support.

Return Material Authorization Process

In the event of a hardware failure, please contact Zonith via the form below to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

All returned material must have a valid RMA number. This number is necessary to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned material. Do not return any hardware until an RMA is issued. Zonith reserves the right to refuse shipments that do not have an authorized RMA number. Refused shipments will be returned to the shipper via collect freight.

The Zonith hardware products are covered by a one year warranty from invoice date that protects the end-user against manufacturing defects in the product. If a Hardware product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Defect items not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable price, and a fee will be charged for return shipping. If we determine that the problem is not covered under warranty, we are able to inform you of the alternatives that are available on a fee basis price, 110 EUR an hour. Repair pricing depends on the diagnosis of the faulty item.
